Our services include: All Basic Spare Parts:
1. Spare parts; tamper tags, o'rings, patches, pins & labels.
2. Cleaning of each unit.
3. Full service of each unit.
4. Labels compliant to BS 5306-3: 2017
5. Service certificate.
6. Detailed survey report (if required)
Minimum Call-Out @ £ 55.00
Therefore, Minimum Service 2x Units @ £ 55.00
Thereafter, add £8.50 for each unit above 2.
Quick Guide 1: 2x units = £55.00 = £ 55.00 Total (per annum).
Quick Guide 2: 5x units = £55.00 + £42.50 = £ 97.50 Total (per annum).
Quick Guide 3: 10x units = £55.00 + £85.00 = £ 140.00 Total (per annum).
All Engineers Are Ex-Fire Service & IFE Accredited Fire Risk Assessors.
All Technicians Are Fully BAFE & Fire Industries Association Qualified.

Have you purchased new fire extinguishers?
If Yes - All fire extinguishers purchased new, require commissioning.
Similar to annual service & requires certification to BS 5306-3: 2017.
It basically means, you must get your new fire extinguishers
Commissioned To Service from new & Installed to BS 5306-8: 2012.
This will ensure:
1. All fire extinguishers are fit for purpose.
2. All fire extinguishers are full and undamaged.
3. All fire extinguishers are safe to use by staff.
As part of the commissioning & annual service, compliance to:
BS 5306-8: 2012 is also required to be met.
This basically means:
1. The fire extinguisher is fire point sited.
2. The fire extinguisher is fitted correctly.
3. The fire extinguisher is fitted at the correct height.
4. The fire extinguisher is fitted in the safest location.
We encounter non-compliance like these all the time.
Unfortunately, some just get in cheap and do a cheap job.
Leaving you thinking you are compliant.
