Fire Cabinets & Stands
BS 5306-8: 2012 requires Fire Extinguishers to be suitably fire point sited. This is to ensure the required fire equipment is properly sited and readily accessible for staff or other trained persons whom may require its use in an emergency.
There are many other reasons: We always recommend fire extinguishers fitting-to-wall installation, however, where required, stands may be legally required if fitting is impractical. Such as: Extinguishers obscured, signage obscured, no fiting to wall space available due to practicality, wall siting space also impractical.
Other reasons may be: Simply much more aesthetically eye-pleasing - We can either install/ fit fire extinguishers or, suitably site fire stands & all fire extinguishers to comply to the LAW - Please See: Fire Extinguisher Installation.

Our cabinets are manufactured from ABS plastic. ABS is extremely robust, and has remarkable ability to absorb shocks and bumps. We have tested one in extreme conditions, even bashing it with a digger bucket, and dropping from over 10 feet high - shrugs it off!
